Eating Healthy With Personal Trainer Food #ad

One of my ultimate goals this year is to kick myself in the arse to get more healthy. Hitting 45 years old, is a wake up call that I’m not that 21 year old anymore. So how did I do? Well first off let me say that during the 14 days, I was diagnosed with vertigo. So maintaining a regimen was the least thing on my mind. When I was on it, I chose not to eat the eggs. I substituted with egg whites but I ate whatever sausage patty or link that came with it. The veggies were a perfect portion. There are 4 butter sauces, sriracha, sweet bacon & white cheddar, cinnamon explosion & sweet garlic that can be kick up the flavor to the foods.

I was disappointed that I couldn’t do it for the 14 days straight. Had I done so, I know that I would have seen some end results. What I can say is that because of the food, it put me into a mind set of eating better while cutting out sugar, drinking more water & heading to the gym. I have maintained that so far. I started wearing my fit bit more, doing challenges to increase my step intake. All because of Personal Trainer Food giving me that push that I needed.
